The Arts R Alive Sculpture Contest at West Twin Park in Webster City is a summer festival featuring a juried selection of public art by sculptors for throughout the Midwest.

The Midwest Polka Fest draws bands and fans from across the nation to celebrate this iconic folk dance in Humboldt every summer.

Fine Art in the Park in Algona features the work of dozens of jury-selected artist in painting, photography, graphics, mixed media, paper, watercolor, drawing, wood, clay, printmaking, decorative fiber, jewelry, metal, sculpture, digital media and glass.

Located in a former church with its original stained glass windows, the Fonda Arts Center features both exhibits and performances by regional artists.

The Downtown County Jam in Fort Dodge is an annual outdoor concert featuring national headline country acts.

The Blanden Memorial Art Museum features shows by Midwest artist along with a permanent collection of European and American Modernist works. The Museum also hosts an outdoor arts festival.
